M&M Machining, Inc., is a CNC job shop in Ventura, CA with advanced capabilities including 5-axis milling. We also perform welding and offer design, drafting, modeling and reverse engineering. We specialize in manufacturing parts for demanding applications such as oil field navigation equipment, aerospace, medical, laboratory and filtration equipment - wherever tight tolerances must be held.

All parts are delivered with first article results, material certs if required, heat treat results and all coating results if required.

  Electronics component for oil field navigation system. 6061 Aluminum. Chemfilm coating for corrosion resistance. Lathe + four-axis milling on Mori, including surfacing toolpath. Tolerances held to +- .002.

  Component for liquid filtration system. 316L Stainless. Lathe + fourth axis milling. Deep hole drilling with through-spindle / through-tool coolant. Advanced features include groove for locking mechanism.
